Description

The Director of Corporate Development at Andalucía Aeroespacial is considering the company's growth options. AAe is a company operating in the aerospace industry, with a headquarters and central services, but no manufacturing capability of its own. Together with its manufacturing partners, mostly small firms with workshops employing up to 50 people and the regional government of Andalusia via its industrial promotion agency, it was a company with a virtual factory that had built up the necessary reputation and critical mass to win substantial contracts in the aerospace industry.
