Description
This case study analyzes the capacity of Arlanzones National Park, a natural reserve that attracts a large number of visitors thanks to its many points of interest. In an effort to limit the impact that this may have on the park's flora and fauna, group packages that limit access to the park have been created. These new packages establish timed visits to points of interest in a specific order. Through a series of questions, participants are then asked to calculate the park's capacity and service times. Based on the case by the same name prepared by Profesor Josep Riverola.
Learning Objective
Introduce participants to capacity analysis in multiproduct settings.
