Description

In markets where black swans are becoming more common, the business response has three dimensions: greater internal cohesion, greater capacity for adaptation and extraordinary integration with customers. In this paper we describe the eight principles upon which the agile movement is based, and propose their incorporation into everyday processes in organizations as a solution to the eight most endemic problems currently threatening the sustainability of companies.
