Description

Immersed in the era of hypercommunication and hyperconnection, characterized by ubiquitous immediacy, we have immense amounts of data and an apparent freedom of choice and consumption that, far from making decision making easier, actually makes it more and more difficult. In online and offline interactions there is a zero sum relationship. In this regard, Cal Newport made it clear in his book Digital Minimalism: less is more. It is necessary to spend time alone again, recovering the sense of loneliness in which one thinks, feels, loves, and suffers. Only then can we make decisions and carry out actions in their best version.
