Description

How can we successfully implement a new operational culture? This is the great challenge facing executive management, and we must admit it isn't simple. A structured path for its application needs to be provided. We aren't offering a procedural manual. Sincerely, that would no doubt fall short. Our aim is to offer an implementation guide, so that each reader can adapt it to his or her particular needs and devise a specific implementation plan. It's like a jigsaw puzzle: you need to have all the pieces, but you aren't obligated to start with any one piece in particular. We will suggest a sequence, but the important thing is the overall Gestalt of the implementation: "the whole." Scattered pieces do not make a change; bringing them all together is what sets an organization onto the path toward a transformation of the way it operates.
