John Roux: Starting Over Genesis - Teaching Note

This T.N. gives guidance to a DVD that covers a discussion with John Roux about his new job as CEO of the Genesis Project. It looks at the major elements of that project and discusses with employees of the project their challenges and their expectation of the new CEO. It picks up from the as yet unpublished case "John Roux at Con Roux Construction: The Final Days" and shows how Roux sets about recovery from the failure of CRC.
