Description

This case study describes the history of an architecture studio from its inception in 1992 until 2016 when it finds itself at a point that may be crucial for its future (the case leaves the decision open). During this time, EDDEA had to tackle significant challenges and proved to have a high adaptation capacity. There were stages of growth, both organic and through mergers with other studios, as well as stages of downturn and contraction. Faced with the domestic crisis, EDDEA explored different internationalization formulas and developed new and innovative products to remain competitive. All this led to a change in the company’s operating and management intended to adapt it to the business’ needs.
