In December 2021, Carlota Pi, co-founder and CEO of Holaluz, was ready to listen. She had tasked a group of experienced executive MBA students at her alma mater, a leading business school in North-East Spain, to find solutions to some of the challenges Holaluz was facing. As she settled into her seat, the same professor who had taught her as a student in the same program went through the agenda for the afternoon before calling the first of several teams to present its findings.
