Description

The case shows the evolution of the management structure at Nestlé from 1981 to 2010, studying the changes that have been carried out to suit the needs and business environment itself, with the transition of three CEO's. First is a brief description of the evolution of the business that helps to understand how it affects the structure and management team. Different models depending on the CEO also appear , observing how it translates to each organizational model each time Nestlé.
