Reformist III: virtues, skills and tools
In the first note of this series -"How to be a reformer"- we analyze the fundamental attitudes of the reformer, which, to a large extent, can already be considered as basic virtues: rectitude, patience, etc. The second note - "Reformist II: strategies for change"- deals with some more strategic considerations, without forgetting the ethical perspective. This third - and last in the series - presents some personal qualities that the reformer must have in order to be able to carry out these attitudes and strategies (virtues and skills). It also includes some tools that can be used in their processes of change to achieve fairer and more effective realities.
