In spring 2012, Jordi has searched hard for a company to acquire. He now has two potentially attractive acquisitions on his desk - Feva Seguridad, a Mérida, Extremadura-based alarm monitoring company, and Belladía, a Tarragona, Catalonia-based producer of consumer cosmetics. Both companies had different characteristics and their potential acquisitions had different financial structures. The question now is how to proceed. Which acquisition should he move forward with? And should he proceed at all?
