The automotive industry was particularly hard-hit by the 2008 financial crisis. But even more severely hit were the smaller component and systems suppliers to car companies such as Air International Thermal Systems (AITS). A managing director at Unitas Capital, a private equity firm based in Hong Kong, has been asked by a Unitas partner to look into the situation at AITS.
