Description
This case deals with the typical situation in which many medium-sized companies find themselves, regarding the confusion which exists between the personal wealth of the shareholders and that of the company itself. In these situations Private Banks, by which we mean what are known internationally as "Wealth Managers", carry out the following tasks: separating company and personal wealth, making the company professional and managing the private assets taking into consideration the legal, fiscal and inheritance aspects.
