Situation

Françoise Delplanque was facing an oncoming technological evolution in the eyeglass lens sector. 3D printing had made inroads and it was necessary to review the production system at Glassy Lenses. After visiting a factory, Delplanque tried to make sense of what she had seen. She was incapable of answering even the simples question: what was the production capacity of the factory?  

With the information of the operation of the factory in hand, decide on the optimal production mix, and what can be done to improve the operations processes.
