Snapshot of the Digital Transformation in Spain

Digital transformation encompasses all dimensions of an organization, which is why it must be approached holistically, not just in terms of technological changes. It must also be understood as a continuous process that requires a certain amount of time before results begin to be seen. Based on a study analyzing the degree of maturity of Spanish companies in the digital transformation process and interviews with executives from Caixabank, Cepsa, SEAT, and Tendam, the authors identify six meta-skills that must be developed to promote the success of a digital transformation.
