Process capacity calculator

This note contains the tools for computing the capacity of a process when dealing with a single product, and with multiple products. In order to do so, the different tasks and operations needed for manufacturing a single product and the resources employed in the process have to be taken into account. In the case of multiple products, we also need to keep in mind the preparation time, the product mix and the batches. Data from case number P-634, «Kristen's Cookies Company (A)», from the Harvard Business School have been used for the section on a single product, and another example was used for the section on multiple products.
