Self-Management: Self-Knowledge, Self-Control and Self-Esteem (Portuguese version)
This note addresses the growing interest in self-management training. It argues that the foundation on which self-management is built is self-knowledge; the tool used to acquire it is self-control; and the lever used to promote it (which must be used with caution) is self-esteem. The note concludes by suggesting that courses at business schools should included the study of philosophical anthropology on their curriculums
