Tenis Costa Blanca
This case tells the story of Rubén Navarro and Carlos Juncá, two tennis players who launched "Tenis Costa Blanca," a tennis school and club in Alicante, Spain. Despite their coaching skills and initial success, they faced growing financial difficulties, and strained partnership dynamics and, consequently, they wonder what they are doing wrong and which business line was more profitable. By late 2024, with no stable salaries and yet outstanding debt, Rubén must decide whether to continue the business or liquidate it, risking financial and legal consequences. This case replaces the ASN-48-E Tennis Gavà from the same authors.
