Description

In September 2014, Guillermo becomes part of a talent acceleration program. About to complete his third year as head of West Line Iberia, he asks himself what his next steps should be to continue growing professionally. His uncertainty about his next stop makes him reflect upon the characteristics that are needed to find a spot among high-level management at his company's headquarters. Case based on the homonymous DPO-317 case that was formerly part B of the DPO-315 case.
